Since I was a young boy, baking has been my passion, a passion that gave rise to some of my most cherished childhood memories. My predictable path to culinary school refined my baking skills and enabled two decades as a pastry chef working in an array of high production hotels and bakeries. My experiences creating countless desserts – from simple cookies to extravagant centerpiece cakes – slowly but surely guided my baking destiny and fostered my new-found, highly specialized mission to create delicious, delicate macarons with distinct flavor profiles, memorable decorations, and unique finishing touches.
